QDOBA Wisconsin Catering FAQs
Our Catering Department is open Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. We also have limited weekend staffing available. If you receive our voicemail during business hours, it simply means we are on the line with other guests. Please leave us a message and we will return your call in the order it was received (usually with 15 minutes).
We request a 24-hour notice for pick-up orders and a 48- hour notice for delivery orders, but more notice is always better to ensure your date and time is open. If you are serving 50 or more people, we would appreciate at least 72-hours’ notice for your event.
We understand that for many of our guests this much notice is not possible. We try to accommodate all catering requests, regardless of how much notice we are given. There are additional fees associated with orders placed “same day.” Our same-day delivery fee is $37.50 in addition to the standard $37.50 delivery charge. Please note that delivery charges do not include gratuity for your caterer.
Yes! We are happy to make any adjustments necessary. We request all updates and cancellations by 12:00 p.m. the day prior to your event. Please note: all updates must be done via phone by calling 888-228-3794. Please have your confirmation number ready.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover). While a deposit is not required, we require a credit card over the phone or online when you place your order. Your card is pre-authorized on the day before your event for your order total plus an additional 21%. The additional 21% leaves room for you to make updates or add gratuities to your order. This is a pending pre-authorization, and your card will only be charged for the exact amount of your order, after your event has been completed. On the date of your event, you will be presented with an itemized receipt when you receive your order.
We do not accept personal or business checks unless your company has set up a formal billing account with our Accounting Department. This process takes 6-8 weeks, and a credit check is required.
Yes—the same Rewards number you use when you visit our restaurant can be used for catering to earn free entrees, discounts or even gift cards. Sign up for free or learn more on our QDOBA Rewards page. Be sure to provide your account number when placing your order to earn your catering points.
Yes! We offer delivery on a first come, first-serve basis and subject to availability. Our caterers are specially trained to deliver and set up your meal to ensure a perfect presentation of our food and a stress-free event. Our standard delivery fee is $37.50 (does not include gratuity for caterer; we recommend 8-12% of your food cost). Long-distance or same-day deliveries are subject to an additional charge.
We also offer pickup at no charge and recommend this option for groups of 20 or fewer.
We recommend a gratuity between 8-12% of your food cost. For orders $400 or greater, we require and pre-approve a minimum 10% gratuity. For orders under $400, you are welcome to either pre-approve your gratuity or add it on arrival. We recommend pre-approving your gratuity, so you do not have to worry about it while your event is ongoing.
We recommend 8 feet of table space for every 50 guests in your headcount. If you are feeding 100 or more, you may consider a double-sided serving line to expedite the serving process. If you do choose a double-sided serving line, please let us know when placing your order so we can ensure your order is packaged appropriately.
All our Hot Bars include disposable chafing equipment to heat your meal for up to 2 hours. After 2 hours, the canned fuel will self-extinguish. Each order includes an instruction guide for chafing equipment usage as well as matches to light the canned fuel.
We provide all the plates, napkins, serving utensils and eating utensils you will need for your meal.
Most of the equipment is disposable, except for the chafing racks. With each rack returned to any Qdoba restaurant you will receive a voucher for a free entrée. There is no penalty if you do not return the racks, only an incentive if you do.
We offer vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. Please inform your Catering Specialist of any dietary restrictions when placing your order, and refer to our Allergen and Ingredient List.
